Christine M. GlascoChristine M. Glasco, Career Coach & Executive Coach is distinguished by her precision, intuition and unique blend of leadership strategy and career development consulting expertise. Christine’s background is in leadership development, career development, talent management, executive coaching and management consulting.

Christine started her career in Human Resource Development (HRD), organization development (OD) and leadership development internal consulting roles at the University of Michigan and in corporations including ALCOA, Unisys, American Express and Carter-Wallace, Inc.  She perfected her talent as an executive coach in two major Human Resource consulting companies.  Christine has also been a leader on the firing line; she possesses first-hand ‘live by your numbers/die by your numbers’ P&L experience.

She conducted a variety of seminars for Penn State University, University of Michigan and the University of Pittsburgh. She was also an adjunct faculty member of Chatam College in Pittsburgh, PA.  Formerly, Ms. Glasco consulted to Johnson & Johnson and Rolls Royce, Inc. on change management and diversity initiatives.

Ms. Glasco has been featured nationally in a variety of newspapers such as Investor’s Business Daily, the Newark Star Ledger, The Wall Street Journal’s Career Journal and in several Dallas Morning News and Fort Worth Star Telegram articles on job loss, managing successful terminations, advice for company CEOs, CEO turnover, economic predictions and technology workforce trends.  She was also contributing writer for the People’s Newspapers in Dallas and is a featured expert author for EzineArticles.com.

She has been a speaker at the national AARP Convention and she was interviewed on CBS 11/KTVT’s Morning News program.  Ms. Glasco was a speaker at Texas A&M University’s May’s Business School Executive Women’s Summit.  Recently, she presented “Taking Charge of Your Career” at Novartis, Inc.’s. Second and Third Annual Institute for Biomedical Research Postdoctoral Fellow Retreat in Basel, Switzerland and Venice, Italy.

Ms. Glasco received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree from Antioch University.  She is active in the community and has served as a board member for two not-for-profit organizations.  Currently, she serves as an Advisory Board Member for a privately held professional services company.  Christine is a lifetime member of Coachville and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She serves as Program Chair and Member of the Board with the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.
